Newly constructed rectory for Carolinenkirche, Munich

Design and construction of a two-storey residential building with a basement.

 

The structure comprises of masonry walls and reinforced concrete floors and it is founded on a reinforced concrete floor slab. The external walls are perlite-brick, which allows for a monolithic wall structure.

Involvement:           Phases 1 - 6, + 8 Structural Engineering &                                               Energy Saving Directive (EnEv) 

Commencement of Construction:

                                   April 2015

Completion of Construction:

                                   June 2016

Structure:                 Gross Area = 1,298 m²

                                   Gross Volume = 4,521 m³

Cost:                          KG 300 = € 380,000 gross

                                   KG 400 = €117,000 gross
