New residential complex including 26 apartments and basement parking in Buch am Erlbach

Two/and three-storey residential buildings with a square floor plan grouped around an underground car park. The parking spaces are partially underneath the buildings.
The load-bearing walls of the apartment blocks are constructed in brickwork. The center section of the reinforced concrete slabs are larger than the end fields, which leads to particularly favorable dimensions from a value engineering perspective. The load-bearing outer wall element is minimized as structurally necessary and it is insulated externally underneath the ventilated timber facade.
The building complys with the energy standards KfW Efficiency House 55.
