The structure is mostly column-free and consists of precast concrete elements. The primary beam has a span length of approximately 24m and is made out of prestressed concrete. The secondary girders are also made of prestressed concrete and have an approx. span of 12m. The trapezoidal plates as a three-span system are the tertiary system on top of the girders. The prestressed concrete beams were provided with openings for a conflict free installations. Anchor channels were installed to attach other media.

The columns and walls are precast elements. The foundation and floor slab are build in-situ. The foundation components have a gravel bed due to a loam soil layer.
